Unable to Login via Google on iOS Devices

Dear Ravens,

For users that the pre-registered using Google accounts and are unable to log in on iOS devices, please contact our Customer Service Team by submitting a ticket.

Select "Account Issue" and fill in the required information requested.

For Type of account issue, select "Cannot Login (Main Page)"

Please attach a screenshot of your Survival ID as shown below:
